Why this exists

Compliance work that only happens under deadline

The file is scattered

Form B lives in one inbox, the IAEC minutes in another, Form C in a physical register the technician keeps. Nobody can produce the whole picture on request.

Formatting eats the week

Every submission starts from a colleague’s old Word copy, re-typed and re-aligned to look like the compendium. The content is fine; the reformatting is the cost.

Approvals aren’t tracked

“Did the committee approve this protocol, and with what conditions?” turns into a search through email threads instead of a single lookup.

How it works

From blank form to inspection-ready record

1

Pick the form

All 21 forms from the Compendium of CPCSEA 2018, grouped by compliance stage. Open the one you need — no blank Word template to reformat.

2

Reusable profiles autofill it

Enter the organisation once and each IAEC member once. Form A, Form B, the biodata format and every inspection proforma pull those details in automatically.

3

Live preview matches the compendium

The on-screen preview is the printed page — same numbering, same tables, same signature and verification blocks — so there is no surprise when you export.

4

Export an inspection-ready PDF

Every submission is dated, versioned and exportable. IAEC approvals are tracked through to an actual decision, not just filed as a form.

Built for the compendium

Not a generic form builder

Forms follow CPCSEA’s own structure

Form A, Form B Sections I & II, Forms C / D / E, the inspection proformas and the IAEC biodata format — laid out the way the compendium prints them, so records stay audit-ready instead of needing a rewrite before a visit.

Reusable IAEC member & organisation profiles

The establishment details and each committee member’s biodata are entered once and reused across every form that asks for them — no re-typing the same registration number on twelve pages.

IAEC approvals tracked to a decision

Each protocol submission is followed through to an actual IAEC decision with a date attached, so “what did the committee approve and when” is one lookup, not a hunt through email.

Records an inspector can follow

Submissions are versioned and time-stamped, and stored securely on our platform. When a CPCSEA nominee asks for the file, it is already in order.

Questions

CPCSEA Compliance Manager FAQ

Is CPCSEA the same as CCSEA?

Yes — the committee was renamed from CPCSEA (Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals) to CCSEA (Committee for Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals). The forms, the IAEC process and the registration route are unchanged; this app tracks records under both names.

Which CPCSEA / CCSEA forms are included?

All 21 forms from the Compendium of CPCSEA 2018 — registration (Form A), the protocol set (Form B Sections I and II, the checklist, declaration and certificate), the animal records (Forms C, D and E), every inspection proforma, and the IAEC member biodata and nominee forms.

Does the printed output match the official form layout?

Yes — the live preview and the exported PDF follow the compendium's own numbering, tables and signature blocks, so a submission doesn't need reformatting before it goes to a CPCSEA nominee.

Does this cover IAEC approval tracking too?

Yes — every submission is tracked through to an actual IAEC decision, not just filed as a form.

Is this built for CPCSEA's specific paperwork?

Yes — the forms follow CPCSEA's own structure, so records stay audit-ready instead of needing to be reformatted before an inspection.

Where is our data stored?

Every submission is stored securely on our platform, versioned and time-stamped, and you can export any form as a PDF at any time.
